It was in an excellent location with very welcoming staff. You could walk to a shopping area and all the main shops.

We stayed in nicely decorated and well-appointed room with a very comfortable bed that also had wake-up service. The location for Perth was excellent, not far from the river and the city centre, pubs, restaurants and other eating establishments and outlying areas.

The breakfast with smoked salmon, beautiful Tay views, veggie option was lovely, you’ll find what you need. In general the staff were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The venue was in a central location close enough to access to all roads, and the shops and bars in Perth.

We truly enjoyed its perfect restaurant.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and silent, complete with a stunning view, comfy bed, for instance, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

I was there for 1 night and would like to stay there on the next trip. The breakfast was delicious and gorgeous and the parking was on site. Superior double room I stayed at was decent size with comfy beds.

The daily breakfast was sensational with smoked salmon, locally sourced ingredients plus veggie option. The hotel was comfortable and fabulous and in a central location. Popped in Greyfriars Bar for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.
-
Lawrence
The units are brand-new, comfortable quiet with a view.

The room was beautifully redecorated and the Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries were a lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options to choose from. The parking onsite was convenient.
The shower in my room lacked power and had insufficient water, but it was still functional. Additionally, while I understand the reason behind it, I would have preferred to have more freedom in choosing my breakfast options.

Very nice experience there. Clean place with really friendly and amiable staff members and mountain views. Delicious and very very good breakfast; recommended. Central location in lovely gardens overlooking Perth. And near the main shopping area with plenty of pubs, the shops and bars in Perth and the Black Watch museum.
